The question of human rights in occupied
Kuwait and the question of human rights in Iraq 1990-2004:
One of the most important problems the Mission has to deal with is the question
of human rights in occupied Kuwait and the question of human rights in Iraq and the
problem of the Kuwaiti and third country nationals unaccounted for after the
Iraqi aggression. The documents listed below each represent a stage of the
